Overnight Oats - Cookie Dough

These overnight oats are essentially a protein bar replacement. The end result tastes just like cookie dough and is a great snack or breakfast.

Ingredients:

50g Peanut butter powder
50g Protein powder
55g Oats
pinch of Salt
Oat milk, water or milk of choice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mini chocolate chips

Place the protein powder, peanut powder and salt in a bowl. Add the oat milk (or water) and mix until runny but still thick. Add the vanilla and oats and stir. Add as many chocolate chips as desired and let sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
